POSITION: CHAIRMAN
Dr. Goodluck Omozukpia Iyayi, FIPMN, AISM, is a Nigerian industrialist, energy sector entrepreneur, and strategic project developer with extensive experience across oil and gas, manufacturing, infrastructure development, and energy technology. He holds a Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) in Business Administration from National Open University of Nigeria and is a Fellow of the Institute of Professional Managers and Administrators of Nigeria (IPMAN) as well as a Member of the African Institute of Strategic Managers (AISM).
Dr. Iyayi is the Chairman of Domtech Consult Limited, a Nigerian engineering and technology company engaged in energy infrastructure solutions and the local manufacturing of smart prepaid electricity meters, contributing to Nigeria’s national drive toward improved power sector efficiency and energy access.
Over the course of his career, Dr. Iyayi has developed a strong track record in conceptualizing, structuring, and advancing large-scale industrial and energy projects, including petroleum refining, oil field development, petrochemicals, cement manufacturing, and environmental recycling initiatives. His project development experience includes strategic engagements with energy and infrastructure investors aimed at delivering bankable industrial projects capable of strengthening Nigeria’s domestic production capacity and supporting economic diversification.
Dr. Iyayi has also been involved in the development of refinery and petrochemical initiatives designed to enhance Nigeria’s downstream petroleum value chain, alongside investments in manufacturing ventures that promote local content development, industrial self-reliance, and technology transfer.
Through his leadership and strategic vision, he has positioned his enterprises to participate in transformative initiatives across the Nigerian energy ecosystem, aligning with national priorities in power sector reform, industrial manufacturing, and sustainable infrastructure development.
Recognized for his entrepreneurial leadership, strategic foresight, and commitment to industrial growth, Dr. Iyayi continues to champion partnerships with global investors, development finance institutions, and government stakeholders to advance projects that contribute to energy security, industrialization, and long-term economic development across Nigeria and Africa.

Managing Director – Domtech Consult Limited
Engr. Omulu Tochukwu Dominic is a highly accomplished Electrical and Computer Engineer with over two decades of professional experience in engineering design, project execution, infrastructure development, and power sector projects across Nigeria. As the Managing Director of Domtech Consults Limited, he provides strategic leadership and technical direction for the company’s engineering, manufacturing, and energy infrastructure initiatives.
A graduate of Nnamdi Azikiwe University, Awka, where he obtained a Bachelor of Engineering (B.Eng) in Electrical/Electronic and Computer Engineering, Engr. Dominic is a registered professional engineer and an active member of the Nigerian Society of Engineers (MNSE) as well as the Council for the Regulation of Engineering in Nigeria (COREN).
With a strong background in electrical infrastructure, building services engineering, and power systems, Engr. Dominic has played critical roles in the design, supervision, and delivery of major public and institutional projects across Nigeria. His professional experience spans engineering consultancy, government infrastructure projects, and power sector development initiatives.
Prior to assuming his leadership role at Domtech Consults Limited, he worked with reputable engineering firms including Asonic Associates Limited and Y. Ahmed & Associates, where he contributed significantly to engineering design and project delivery for high-profile national infrastructure projects.
Under his leadership, Domtech Consults Limited has strengthened its reputation as a competent engineering and energy solutions company, actively contributing to Nigeria’s infrastructure and metering development initiatives. His expertise covers engineering design, project management, power systems implementation, and energy infrastructure solutions.

Tsidkenu I. Kuave (PhD, FCCA, FCIB, FBIM) is a Chartered Accountant, Banker and Management with vast experience in Finance and Management Consulting. Trained at Manchester Polytechnic and Manchester University Business School from 1977-1985.
He worked with Nigerian American Merchant Bank Limited rising to the position of Assistant General Manager (A G N ) from 1986-1990 before he resigned to set up his Private Practice.
He has handled several projects for Government Organizations, Agencies, Public and Private Companies and Individuals respectively.
He is a Finance and Project Consultant to African Development Bank (A D B ), African Development Funds (A D F ), US-Exim Bank, Shelter Africa, International Development Association (IDA), International Funds for Agricultural Development (I FAD)

ENGR ADEYEMI ADEYINKA MICHAEL is a graduate of Mechanical Engineering from Ladoke Akintola University and has more than 12 years’ experience in Design and Supervision Mechanical Services, Infrastructure Design and Rehabilitation Projects with specialized competence in Heating Ventilation and Air-conditioning Services. He is a registered Member of The Council for Regulation of Engineering in Nigeria (COREN) R16881, a member of Nigerian Society of Engineers (MNSE) R20373, Member American Society for Heating Refrigeration and Air-Conditioning Engineers (ASHRAE) and Member Nigerian Institution of Mechanical Engineers (MNIMechE).
